These terms are computed on working days -from Monday to Friday- since ARTENERIFE does not carry out expeditions on holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. The delivery times indicated are indicative. In the event that there is any breakage of stock or punctual unavailability of an ARTENERIFE article will contact you to communicate immediately and give you a new delivery period or, if it was not possible to serve that product, proceed to its cancellation. In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the periods indicated will not entitle the client to demand compensation.
If you choose the payment option by bank transfer, after making the same, you must send a copy of the bank receipt by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or wait for it to be reflected in our bank account.
